Italo Ferreira Institute

Italo Ferreira is a professional athlete, who, like many Brazilians, have a history of overcoming. Born in Baia Formosa, Rio Grande do Norte, has lived since he was young with the charms of the sea. The son of a fisherman and raised on the seafront of the northeastern city, Itao has always been passionate about nature.

Along the journey reflex to the financial squeeze, Italo followed his father closely and soon realized that environmental problems directly impacted on the livelihood of his family, the pollution of the oceans, predatory fishing, the deforestation of the caatinga, in short, mankind´s actions of the man that have been destroying the environment over the years.
